Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your order out the door and into your hands as swiftly as possible. That said…

Orders ship within 10–15 business days (Monday–Friday).
This does not include weekends, U.S. holidays, or any posted shop closures.

We're working with multiple shipping partners to give you the best shipping experience possible—but global shipping policies, delays, and customs drama are sadly out of our control.


The Important Stuff

  • We do not combine shipping across multiple orders. Each one is treated like the independent badass it is.

  • Pre-order items will ship according to the timeframe noted in the product listing. Please read those listings carefully.


International Orders (You Fancy World Travelers, You)

  • You (the customer) are 100% responsible for all VAT, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, DAP (Delivered At Place) charges, and any other region-specific fees.

  • If your package is refused or abandoned, The J.R. Ward Shop will not refund or reimburse any of those fees or the original order.

  • We highly recommend checking your country’s VAT and import rules before ordering.

Once an international package leaves the U.S., tracking may stop updating. If your package is lost or damaged overseas, you’ll need to file a claim with your local carrier. We know, it’s frustrating—but again, this part is out of our hands.


Notice for EU and Northern Ireland Customers

Due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and its significant (and potentially costly) compliance requirements, The J.R. Ward Shop will be temporarily suspending all sales and shipments to the EU and Northern Ireland.

We know this is disappointing—we’re disappointed too. We're actively looking for a solution that allows us to meet the new standards without making it impossible for our international readers to grab the merch they love.

In the meantime, you may want to explore a third-party forwarding service like Stackry.com to continue ordering from the shop.

A Note for Our Readers in Germany

Due to the updated German Packaging Act (effective July 1, 2022), and its complex (read: expensive) requirements, we can no longer ship orders directly to Germany. We hate it too—but until this changes, we won’t be able to fulfill orders to DE addresses. Thanks for your understanding.


If Your Order Comes Bouncing Back to Us...

If your package is returned as undeliverable (wrong address, unavailable recipient, etc.), we’re happy to re-ship in-stock items—but shipping costs will be your responsibility.
