We do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, substitutions, refunds, or price adjustments—no matter how persuasive your dog’s sad eyes are.

If there’s an issue with your order, email us at shop@jrward.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, the name used to place the order, and clear photos of the issue. If 7 days pass from the date tracking shows your package was delivered, we won’t be able to help. Requests outside that window will be addressed at our discretion.

We cannot offer cancellations or refunds due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Sudden budget awakenings

  • Panic purchasing at 2 a.m. while emotionally compromised

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We check items carefully before they leave us, but we’re not responsible for what happens in the wilds of shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. You’ll be responsible for providing all necessary documentation: tracking number, photos of damaged packaging and items, proof of purchase, and any forms they require.

The carrier is responsible for reimbursing you—not The J.R. Ward Shop.

Due to limited inventory, we can’t guarantee replacements for lost or damaged items. Any such replacements are at our discretion and at your expense.
